About UsThe Campus is a university-style pioneer Palace site with the best group of people you would want as friends. It was founded in March 1996 and built, owned, and hosted by SRT Enterprises, Inc. for five years until early 2001. At that time, Andrew Saturn and Doug Mehus rebuilt it from the ground up and Palacebox.com agreed to sponsor it by providing them with free Palace hosting services. It should be mentioned that FShosting and Sharp Sphere Web Solutions were gracious enough to provide them with interim hosting for six months or less in 2001 while they redeveloped The Campus. In 2003, Andrew relinquished his ownership interest in The Campus joint venture to Doug, making Doug the sole owner and site manager of The Campus. Doug decided to fix some things up a bit and rebuilt The Campus yet again using all original room pictures and modernized back-end infrastructure. Today, The Campus ownership remains unchanged.

Wizards are server operators with additional privileges and access rights than regular members or guests and are responsible for greeting users as they arrive at The Campus, offering guided tours of The Campus, assisting new users with all aspects of Palace Chat software, reminding poorly behaved people of our very few Rules and using their trained disciplinary measures when a user repeatedly violates those rules. If you think this is for you, and are prepared to be accountable for any actions you take while entrusted with these additional privileges, the Director of Personnel is always looking for great people to fill out our wizard ranks. He would like to hear from you.
